Courtney Palmiere, Au.D., CCC-A
Clinical Audiologist
Dr. Courtney Palmiere was raised in Downingtown, PA, and earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of Maryland.

She later completed both her master’s and doctorate degrees in Audiology at the University of Pittsburgh in 2019. Following her fourth-year residency in the Charlotte area, Dr. Palmiere chose to make the city her permanent home.
Her passion for helping others was ignited early on. While in college, she assisted her grandmother through the process of receiving a cochlear implant—an experience that vividly demonstrated the transformative impact of restored hearing and confirmed her calling in audiology.
Dr. Palmiere has since worked in diverse settings, including ENT offices and private practices, developing extensive expertise in hearing aids, tinnitus, and aural rehabilitation. She is a licensed audiologist in North Carolina and South Carolina and holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology.
